Numbers don't match? Quick checklist

  1. Same dates? Payments use payment date, rent uses stay night, no-show revenue uses posting date.
  2. Same status filter and "Include Reservation" tick?
  3. Deposits and refunds appear as separate (sometimes negative) lines.
  4. Year to date is the calendar year.
  5. Occupancy excludes V/Maint rooms from the room count; ledger reports ignore balances under 0.50.
  6. Was night audit done? Today's figures can still move.

No record found! The report has no data for the filters. Widen the dates or filters.
From Month should not be greater than To Month. Month-based reports with reversed months. Correct the months.

Tips and FAQ

  • Q: I cannot find a report in the library. A: Your role may not have the privilege (Assign Report Privileges); also see the Report Dashboard for the list you can open.
  • Q: Two screens give different names for the same report. A: The Sales & Channel reports use the public addresses listed in the overview.
