Room attendants can now work from their phones: they see only their rooms for the day, time the cleaning, mark rooms clean, and report damage or other problems with photos. Supervisors follow the reports up.

Guest links keep working through a short database outage
A guest page that cannot reach its data for a moment now retries by itself and shows a friendly message instead of a technical error. The link stays valid while the guest is checked in.
Report PDF export builds in the browser with your property logo
Exporting a report to PDF now creates the file in your browser with the property logo, and the Export button stays beside the filter panel. Excel and e-mailed PDF continue to work as before.
Clearer guides for every report
All 75 reports now have their own page with the filters, every column and how it is calculated, and a worked example, plus a narrated video for each report.
Team chat with linked restaurant and car park
The built-in chat can now reach the staff of the SunPOS restaurant or the SunParking car park your hotel is linked to, with a delivery queue for messages.
Room counts in availability screens corrected
The Rate and Availability Summary and the Flash view now show the correct occupied, reserved and blocked counts for each room type and date.
Room type amenities are saved
Amenities picked for a room type are now stored when you save the room type.
One password rule everywhere
Sign-up, forgot-password and expired-password screens now use the same rule: 8 to 18 characters with the same set of symbols.
Bulk updates cover every selected weekday
Bulk inventory, restriction and rate updates for several weekdays now update all of the selected weekdays.
Clearer messages at check-in and split folio
The child-limit message, the split-folio date message and several labels now say exactly what is wrong, and the New User button is shown only to users who may add users.
