Housekeeping software with a mobile app for attendants
The desk moves rooms between cleaning states one by one or in bulk, assigns rooms to housekeeping groups and tracks maintenance and do-not-rent rooms. Room attendants get a phone-friendly module that shows only their rooms and nothing else of the PMS.
What you can do
- Change room status in bulk with the allowed Occupied and Vacant Clean, Dirty and Ready transitions
- Assign rooms to housekeeping groups and members
- Housekeeping report and room maintenance with do-not-rent (DNR) rooms

Where do I create housekeeping groups and members?
In Property Setup (Housekeeping Groups, Housekeeping Group Members); the assignment screen only uses existing active groups.
A room is missing from the status screen.
Rooms under maintenance are not listed there; use Room Maintenance.
Does the housekeeper on the phone need a licence?
No, Housekeeping Mobile needs none; the Chat tab needs the Team Chat licence.
