Where did the Dashboard, Calendar, Register and Reports tabs go?
They are the Workspace group at the top of the side menu (and the tab bar on phones).

Where is the chat?
The chat button is next to the bell. If you do not see it, see Chat problems.

The Guest Hub entry is missing.
The property needs the Guest Interface licence. See the Licences screen.

Why is the PMS Date yesterday?
Night Audit has not been run yet for today. See the Night Audit chapter.

I want to open another hotel.
Click the apps icon (Change property) in the header, or choose Change property in the account menu.

The Monthly Revenue block, ADR or RevPAR are missing.
Add the Monthly Revenue Chart privilege to the role.

Can I see yesterday's figures?
No; the date picker only allows the PMS date. Use Reports.

Why are vacant dirty rooms listed as To clean?
Housekeeping lists every V/Dirty room, even with no guest folio that day.

What is the warning icon on a date?
A restriction applies; see Restriction View.

Tooltips are annoying.

A bulk update tool?
The code contains a Restriction Bulk Operation dialog (date range, rules, room type, rate types, days of week) but its button is turned off in this version.

Why does the calendar show a warning icon?
A restriction exists on that date.

Why do the sidebar lists and this page not look the same?
The sidebar opens each tab as its own page; this tabbed page is the older layout kept for Night Audit.

What does "Amount" mean?
The amount already paid on the folio; Balance is charges minus payments.

Where is "Guests To Change Room" in the sidebar?
It is called Room Move Requests there.

Can a typo in Verify Password lock my account?
No. It is checked against your own password only (SunAuth verify-own-password) and never counts as a failed sign-in. Only wrong passwords on the sign-in page count towards the lock.

Where do I turn shifts on?
Feature Setting, Shift Operation.

I pressed Cancel at sign-out; is my shift closed?
No. It stays open; start-shift will not appear next time.

The tab bar shows Reports instead of Dashboard.

Yes; above 900 pixels the side menu stays on screen.

I picked Dark but one pop-up is light.
Report it to support with the screen name; the guest portal and Housekeeping Mobile are light by design.

No, it is stored per browser.

The window is narrower than 1280 pixels; use Appearance in the account menu.

The band is folded; click Show filters.

The totals do not match what I see.
"n shown" is the filtered rows on the loaded list; "m in total" is all rows the search found.
