I cannot find a card such as Parking Setting.
Its licence is not active for the property. See Licences.

Where are the "Extra" masters?
They sit in the groups above: Financial Settings (extra income and extra expense categories, deposits), CRM & Guests (DNR reasons, notices), Ownership Management (room owners) and Property Setup (non rental rooms).

After I open a screen and press the back arrow I land on a different group.
The page remembers the group that was selected when you last clicked a card. Click All before opening a card if you want to see the full list again.

Is there a quicker way to a setup screen?
Yes. The Find a screen box at the top of the left sidebar finds screens by name.

I picked a logo but it vanished after I left the page.
Picking only previews; click Update to save.

Why can I not edit Country?
It is locked after it is first stored because tax and currency behaviour depend on it. Contact support.

Where do I put the GST number?
In Hotel GSTIN under Bank Details (visible for India only).

The IP white list and Booking.com connect windows exist in the code.
Their buttons are currently hidden on this screen; use Ip White List under User & Access and the channel manager screens instead.

Can I rename Main?
Yes, click it and change the name.

I need two towers with the same floor names.
Floors are not tied to a building, so create the floors once and choose the building on each room.

Where is the Active tick box?
Not shown; use Delete to deactivate.

How do I order floors?
The list is sorted by creation order; click a heading to sort on screen.

My new amenity selection is not saved.
Amenities picked in the drop-down are saved with the room type. Reopen the room type to check; if one is missing, pick it again and save.

What is Min / Max Rate for?
Limits for the nightly rate typed in Rate Manager and on reservations.

Why is Base Type greyed out?
Another active room type is already the base, or this type has a linked rate.

What does "% of Base" next to the operation mean?
It is just a label; the operation decides whether the value is an amount or a percentage of the base rate.

Can the base room type itself be bound?
No, its binding ticks are disabled.

Why is Save greyed?
Code or Room Name is empty.

Where do I mark a room out of order?
Not here; use Block / Unblock or Change Room Status.

I want a custom colour for one status.
Not possible from the screen; palettes recolour every status.

Can I add a new status?
No.

Does saving a new amenity work?
Yes. In the recorded demo seven amenities were added and each showed Amenities added successfully.

Are amenities required on a room type?
No, they are optional.

I created a tax but the guest is not charged.
Check three things: the tax has a row in Tax Configuration with a start date that has arrived, the tax is ticked on the room type, and the rate is not 0.

Why can I not see Range Tax?
Turn on Range Tax in Feature Setting.

Can one tax be both per day and per stay?
No. Ticking one clears the other.

I changed the rate today but guests are still charged the old one.
A change to an existing tax starts tomorrow at the earliest; tonight is taxed at the old rate. (The first rate of a brand-new tax can start on the PMS date.)

I cannot edit the current rate.
Add a new row with a start date of tomorrow or later.

How do I stop charging a tax?
Add a new row for it with rate 0 from the date you stop.

The tax does not appear on a new reservation.

Where are range columns?
Only when the Range Tax feature is on.

My rooms have no cot or rollaway. What do I enter?
Enter 0. Since 2026-10-18 the screen accepts 0 for cribs, rollaways and area (it used to demand a value above 0).

I cannot see Sub Room Types.
The Room Type Code is not one of the apartment-style types listed above.
