Every privilege the system knows, the name you see when ticking it for a role, the module group it appears under, and what it unlocks. The Name on screen and Module are what the Assign Privileges screens show. The Code name is the internal name.

How privileges work

  • A user's privileges are those ticked for their role in this property, loaded when they log in.
  • The Owner role always has every privilege, whatever is ticked.
  • New properties give Owner, Administrator, Manager and Desk User roles every privilege and House Keeper only "Access Housekeeping via Mobile App" (114).
  • Privileges 196, 248, 251 and 254-256 were added to the database list on 2026-10-18, so they now appear on the assign screens. Existing Owner and Administrator roles received them automatically; give them to other roles in Assign Transaction / Report Privileges. New properties get them from the start.
  • Transaction privileges are every module whose name does not contain "Reports"; the Reports modules are handled in Assign Report Privileges.

Tips and FAQ

  • Q: What does "(not in database list)" mean? A: The program checks this privilege but it is not part of the standard list that new properties receive, so only the Owner role holds it until the support team adds it.
  • Q: I ticked a privilege and the user still cannot use it. A: The user must log in again.
  • Q: Where do I tick report privileges? A: In Assign Report Privileges.
