Before you start
The daily room-by-room task list is the Report screen under House Keeping (route #/hk-report, with Date, Group, Room Status and Print); it is covered in the housekeeping chapter. This page covers the two catalogue reports.
House Keeping Summary
Screen title: House Keeping Summary Report. Filters: From Date, To Date. Purpose: how many housekeeping tasks were done each day. Columns:Date, then one column per housekeeping task defined in your property (for example Turndown, Linen change), with the count per day; last row Total. Columns therefore differ per hotel. Counts the tasks assigned for the date.
Special Request
Screen title: Special Request Report. Filters: one Date, and Guest Status (multi-select: Reservation, In-House, Check-Out; all selected by default). At least one status is required: "Select atleast one Guest status." Columns: Floor, Room, Guest Name, Special Request, Status. Grouped by header. Rules: reservations are included when the date falls inside the stay; in-house stays not yet checked out; checked-out ones only if the Check-Out status is ticked. Only folios with a non-empty special request appear. The Guest Name column is removed when the setting Display guest name in housekeeping reports is off. The report privilege is now also checked when the report is opened by direct address (House Keeping Summary uses HouseKeeping_Report_Summary, Special Request uses Special_Request_Report).
Daily Guest Payment (custom report)
A customized report: it has no card in the report library. The pill Customized Report on the Report Dashboard appears only if your property has a customised report and you have the Customize Report privilege (Customize_Report_CustomizeReport); support adds the report to the property list. Filter: From Date (one day, default the PMS date). Columns: Room No, Status, Guest Name, No Of Nights, No Of Hours (only when hourly stays exist), Cash, Card, Due, Walk-in / Online. One line per folio with a payment dated that day; the last line is the Total. The Online amount is not shown. See Daily Guest Payment.

Tips and FAQ
- Q: Special Request is empty although a guest asked for something. A: The request must be saved on the folio's special request field, and the status filter must include the guest's status.
- Q: Housekeeping Summary has a task column missing. A: Tasks with no assignment in the period do not create a column.
