Licence request from the landing portal

Licences decide what a property may use: its plan (room limit), features and add-ons. The owner sends a request here; SunTatva staff activate it and contact you.
Before you start
- Only the owner can send a request ("Only the property owner can buy licences.").
- Select the app, the group and then click Licences on the property card.

VAT"). "Included in your plan" shows when the plan already contains the module. |

The licence rows keep the same layout in light and dark mode. Pressing Buy opens the quantity and Message to our team (optional) boxes inside the row (see the picture below); Cancel closes them again without sending anything. The pictures of this page were taken without sending a request.
How to request a licence
- Click Licences on the property card.
- Find the licence and click Buy, Renew or Buy more.
- For an add-on, type the quantity. Add a message if you wish.
- Click Send request.
Result: "Request sent (ticket
). Our team will contact you to activate it." The row shows Requested · awaiting activation.
How to buy a licence when the free trial ends

Prices and suites
Each licence row shows its price for the country of the property, in that country's currency, per month, year or one-time, and under it the tax line: "+ GST 18%" (tax added on top) or "incl. VAT" (tax inside the price); no tax line when the price carries no tax. When SunTatva has not set a price for the country the row shows Price on request. Ready-made bundles are listed under Suites (for example Hotel Suite, Hotel + Parking Suite, Restaurant Suite, All-in-One; the list is kept by SunTatva): each card shows what it includes, its price with the tax line and, when every part is priced in your country and cycle, Save N%. This manual quotes no prices because SunTatva sets and changes them per country; read the current figure on the Licences screen.
How to request a suite
- Click Licences on the property card (owner only) and find the Suites section.
- Click Request this suite on the card, optionally type a Message to our team (optional) and click Send request.
- The Request sent box shows the ticket and the Quoted price; the card shows Requested · awaiting activation. Asking twice is refused: "
was already requested (ticket...). Our team will contact you." - Cancel it with Cancel in the Requests table while it is Pending.
How to cancel a request
In the Requests table click Cancel on a pending row.
What happens behind the scenes
- A request creates a support ticket for SunTatva staff.
- After activation the PMS shows the feature within about five minutes (licence answers are cached).
- The licence icons on the property card (Door Lock, CRS / OTA) turn from crossed to normal.
- The PMS can also request from Property Setup > Licences.

- Q: I added rooms but cannot save them. A: You reached Rooms allowed. Buy more rooms.
- Q: Can I pay here? A: No. The team contacts you with payment steps.
