Undo takes finished (checked-out) folios out of the live records. It is meant for folios created by mistake, for example test bookings or duplicate stays, so they no longer appear in reports. Undone folios are stored and can be brought back with Redo Transaction or removed permanently there.

Redo Transaction is the other half of Undo Transaction. It lists the folios that were undone and lets you either Redo them (bring them back as normal checked-out folios) or Delete them for good. Use it when a folio was undone by mistake, or once you are sure an undone folio is really not needed.

Some hotels manage rooms owned by individual investors and share the room revenue with them. Room Owner Payment is the Utility screen where the hotel is meant to record the money it pays out to each owner.
