Which report shows my occupancy percentage?
Short answer
Daily Summary (today, month and year occupancy), Monthly Statistics (per day for a month), Occupancy Chart (trend). For the future use Pricing & Availability > Rate & Availability Summary with Show Occupancy.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu.
- Open Daily Reports > Daily Summary, or Monthly Reports > Monthly Statistics, or the category Charts > Occupancy Chart.
- Choose the date or month in the report criteria and click Show.
- Use Export for PDF, Excel or e-mail.
Check the result
Occupancy = rooms sold divided by rooms available; rooms in maintenance (V/Maint) are left out of the room count.
Common problems
- Today's number moves until night audit.
- Report missing: grant the report (privileges).
- Future occupancy: availability.
- Messages: Report messages.
