Which report shows ADR and RevPAR?
Short answer
Daily Summary gives today, month-to-date and year-to-date ADR and RevPAR. Monthly Statistics gives them per day; ADR Chart and RevPar Chart show trends; Revenue By Room Type splits them by type. Yearly Reports > MTD/YTD Comparision shows the Occupancy Rate, ADR and RevPar of a period and of the year to date against last year.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu.
- Pick Daily Reports > Daily Summary, or Monthly Reports > Monthly Statistics, or the category Charts.
- Set the date or month and click Show.
- For forecasts use Pricing & Availability > Occupancy & Revenue Summary.
Check the result
You see Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR together with rooms sold and room revenue.
Common problems
- Numbers differ from another report: check dates and whether no-show/cancel revenue or other charges are included (Include In Occupancy & Revenue on the charge).
- Year to date is the calendar year.
- Messages: Report messages.
