Which report compares this year with last year?
Short answer
MTD/YTD Comparision puts a period (the month to date) and the year to date next to the same days of last year, with the variance. Hotel Statistics and the Charts also compare years; Yearly and Yearly Sheet show each month of a year.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Yearly Reports > Yearly (or Yearly Sheet).
- Choose the year and click Show.
- For a comparison with last year open Yearly Reports > MTD/YTD Comparision (From Date and To Date; the columns PTD, Last Year (PTD), Variance, YTD, Last Year (YTD), Variance), or Monthly Reports > Hotel Statistics, or the category Charts (ADR, RevPar, Occupancy).
- For booking pace (bookings on the books now against an earlier date) open Reports > Reservation Reports > Booking Comparison Report (Booking Comparison Report). For the channel manager use OTA reconciliation.

Common problems
- Last Year columns are 0.00 when the property has no data from last year.
- Year to date is the calendar year.
