Which report shows housekeeping tasks done and guest special requests?
Short answer
House Keeping Summary for tasks done; Special Request for guest requests for a date. The printable cleaning sheet is Housekeeping > Housekeeping Report.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then House Keeping tab.
- Open House Keeping Summary or Special Request, set the date, Show.
- For the daily cleaning sheet: print housekeeping sheet.
Check the result
Tasks by room and housekeeper; requests by room.
Common problems
- Empty summary: rooms were not assigned or tasks not set (assign rooms).
- Messages: Report messages.
