How do I buy, upgrade or renew a licence, or add more rooms?
Short answer
The owner opens Licences, clicks Buy, Upgrade, Renew or Buy more on the card (or Request this suite on a suite card), types a quantity if asked and clicks Send request. SunTatva activates it.
Steps
- Sign in as the property owner and open Property Setup > Licences (or the landing portal property card > Licences).
- Read the summary: Plan, Rooms in use / allowed, Active add-ons. Prices show the amount for your country with a tax line ("+ GST 18%" or "incl. VAT"); use Monthly / Yearly to switch the cycle. Suites lists ready-made bundles with Save N% when every part is priced.
- On the card click Buy (new), Renew (expired or within 30 days), Upgrade (plans) or Buy more (quantities such as Additional Rooms).
- Type the quantity for per-unit add-ons and an optional Message to our team (optional).
- Click Send request. For a bundle click Request this suite on the suite card instead.
- Withdraw a pending request with Cancel in the Requests table.
After the free trial: use Buy licence on the landing-portal banner instead (steps).
Check the result
Request sent (ticket...). Our team will contact you to activate it. The Request sent box shows the Quoted price (amount per month or year plus tax, or "Price on request"). The card shows "Requested - awaiting activation"; the status becomes Active when activated.
Common problems
- Only the property owner can buy licences. Ask the owner.
is not licensed for this property. The feature (CRS, WhatsApp, Guest Interface, Door Lock, Payment Gateway, SunPOS/Hardware/Parking integration, Undo/Redo) needs an add-on.- You cannot add rooms past the room limit until the plan or Additional Rooms is active.
