- Licence PARKING_INTEGRATION on the hotel (owner: Property Setup > Licences). Without it, the page shows The parking link needs the SunParking Integration licence - the property owner can buy it from Settings → Licences. and the check-in tab is hidden.
- A SunParking car park (property) of the same owner. Create it from the SunAuth landing page (Sun Parking > create).
- In Other Charges, mark the charge to be used for parking with POS Charge so SunParking can offer it. The charge is chosen in SunParking (Setup > Integrations).

Hotel parking and valet software integration
SunParking is the platform car-park and valet product. Linked to your hotel it shows each guest cars on the stay, lets the desk ask the valet to bring a car, reserves parking with the room, posts parking paid to the room on the folio and warns at check-out if a car is still in the car park.

Parking charge does not reach the folio.
Check the PMS charge chosen in SunParking > Setup > Integrations and that it is flagged "POS charge".
The Parking tab is missing.
Licence not active, no car park linked, or the reservation is not saved yet.
Where do parking charges appear?
On the folio under the charge head chosen in SunParking.
Can I extend parking?
Do it in SunParking (guest ticket and console).
I did not get a notification for a parking charge.
Check Parking Setting > Parking notifications is not Nobody, you can open folios, and the P icon is visible (it needs the licence and a linked car park). The charge is on the folio even when notifications are off.
A car is on the guest's list but not marked SunParking.
It was typed by the desk or came from online check-in; only cars connected by SunParking carry the chip.
