Which report shows deposits and advances I am holding?
Short answer
Advance Deposit Ledger (advances on future bookings), Inhouse Deposit Ledger (in-house deposits), Daily Deposit (received that day).
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Ledger Reports and open the deposit ledger you need, or Daily Reports > Daily Deposit.
- Choose the date and click Show; Export.
Check the result
Amounts held per folio. Refunds appear as separate (sometimes negative) lines.
