How do I switch to another property or hotel group?
Short answer
Click Change property (apps icon) at the right end of the top bar (on a phone: your name or avatar > Change property), choose the app, the group and then the property card.
Steps
- In SunPMS click the Change property apps icon at the right end of the top bar. It is also in the account menu (your name) and at the left of the status bar at the bottom.
- On the portal select the app (PMS).
- Click the group card (it fetches access for that group's database).
- Click the property card.
Check the result
SunPMS opens on the other property. Menus and privileges are rebuilt because roles are per property.
Common problems
- The property is missing: the user was not linked to it (add user) or it needs creating (additional property).
- A different menu per property is normal: roles and licences differ.
- Messages: Login messages.
