Which report shows revenue by booking source?
Short answer
Monthly Sales & Channels and Sales & Channel Summary; Sales & Channel ADR shows the best channel by ADR; Guest Classification shows which channel a guest came through.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Monthly Reports > Monthly Sales & Channels (or Sales & Channel Summary).
- Pick the month and click Show; Export.
- For ADR open Daily Reports > Sales & Channel ADR.
Check the result
Revenue and balances per source.
Common problems
- Bookings with no source appear without a channel: choose Sales & Channel Category on the folio.
- Messages: Report messages.
