Which report shows who changed rates or restrictions?
Short answer
Room Type Rate Change and Room Type Restrictions Change for the calendar; Daily Rate Change for rates discounted or overridden on folios.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Room Reports > Room Type Rate Change (or Room Type Restrictions Change).
- Set dates and click Show.
- For folio-level changes use Daily Reports > Daily Rate Change.
Check the result
Old and new values with user, date and (when audit trail rate log is on) IP.
Common problems
- Empty: the audit-trail rate log may be off.
- Changing rates: change a rate.
- Messages: Report messages.
