Which report shows cancellations, no-shows and their revenue?
Short answer
Reservation Detail lists all reservations including cancelled and no-show; No-Show/Cancel Revenue shows revenue posted from them.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Reservation Reports.
- Open Reservation Detail, choose the status filter and dates, Show.
- For money open No-Show/Cancel Revenue.
- On screen: Reception > Search Reservation with the Cancelled or No-Show chip.
Check the result
Lists with cancel or no-show date and amounts.
Common problems
- Revenue missing: it is posted by night audit or manually (post revenue).
- Messages: Report messages.
