Which report shows guests who still owe money?
Short answer
Daily Balance (in-house guests owing tonight), Guest Ledger (unsettled folios at a date), Monthly Balance Due (period).
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Daily Reports > Daily Balance, or Ledger Reports > Guest Ledger, or Monthly Reports > Monthly Balance Due.
- Choose the date or period and click Show; Export if needed.
- To collect, open the folio (payment).
Check the result
Folios with balance, charges and payments. Ledger reports ignore balances under 0.50.
Common problems
- Company balances are in Sales & Channel Aging / Account Receivable (aging).
- Messages: Report messages.
