Which report shows the commission I owe agents and OTAs?
Short answer
Reports > Monthly Reports > Monthly Commission. To record the partner's invoice and pay it use Commissionable Invoice.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Monthly Reports > Monthly Commission.
- Choose the month, click Show; Export.
- To pay: business source invoice (commissionable flow).
Check the result
Commission per partner for the month. Commission is posted at check-out and for non-refundable no-show/cancel per the partner's terms.
Common problems
- Commission zero: set the terms in Commissionable Sales & Channels setup.
- Messages: Report messages.
