Which report shows revenue by room type?

Short answer

Reports > Room Reports > Revenue By Room Type.

Steps

1. Click Reports in the side menu, then Room Reports.
2. Open Revenue By Room Type.
3. Set the dates and click Show; Export if needed.
4. For rates by plan use Rate Type; for the rate card use Room Type Rate.

Check the result

Revenue, ADR and RevPAR for each room type for the period.

Common problems

• Types with no sales may be missing.
• Messages: Report messages.
