How do I chat with the car park or the restaurant (linked apps)?

Short answer

Chat button, +, tab Linked apps, click the person (the badge shows the app, for example SunParking), write the message.

Steps

  1. Click the chat button, then + (New chat).
  2. Click the tab Linked apps (next to My property).
  3. Search or filter by property, then click the person.
  4. Write your message and press Enter.

Check the result

The chat shows the app badge. A clock means the message waits to be delivered; one tick means the other app has it; a red warning with Retry means it was not delivered.

Common problems

  • The Linked apps tab is missing. Both apps need the licence Cross-app Chat, the link must exist (Parking Setting / SunParking Integrations), the switch Chat with linked apps must be on and you need the privilege Cross-app Chat.
  • The restaurant is not listed. The properties must have the same owner.
  • PIN-only logins cannot chat.
