Which report shows how many rooms I sold each day?
Short answer
Monthly Room Sold (per day) or Yearly Room Sold (per month).
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Monthly Reports > Monthly Room Sold (or Yearly Reports > Yearly Room Sold).
- Choose the month or year and click Show.
- Export if needed.
Check the result
Rooms sold per day by room type, matching occupancy.
Common problems
- Compare with Daily Summary for one day.
- Complimentary and house-use stays count as rooms sold unless the report says otherwise; check the column headings.
