Which report shows refunds and bad-debt write-offs?
Short answer
Monthly Refund for refunds, Monthly Bad Debts for write-offs.
Steps
- Click Reports in the side menu, then Monthly Reports.
- Open Monthly Refund or Monthly Bad Debts.
- Choose the month, click Show, Export if needed.
Check the result
Each refund with folio, date, user and amount.
Common problems
- Refund not listed: it may be in a different month by payment date.
- Making a refund: refund.
